1)Can you pick-up and drop-off at Stratosphore tower& Hotel?
2)About accommodations, do we have a choice either camping or hotel?

We will be able to arrange a pickup for you out of the Statosphere hotel for this tour:
* Stratosphere Hotel North Tour Bus pick-up area - 2000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104
From April to October the lodging upgrade option will not be available as it is only offered when the weather is no ideal for camping.

The drop off locations can be the same as the pick up locations. But some of the hotel pick up locations are for the hotel guest only.
If specified next to the pick-up location address, please do make sure you are the guest of the hotel if you wish to be picked up or dropped off there.
You may get back on May 17th around 7:00PM depending on current traffic conditions.

We are wanting to book this tour for August... we want to see Alcatraz inside and out - does the optional extra san fran tour include this? Otherwise is there enough free time that afternoon for us to get our own tour for Alcatraz?

Please be advised that the optional San Francisco city tour will only cover the city of San Francisco, however your free time during your stay in San Francisco will begin at 3:00PM.
Please direcly check with Alcatraz Island ticketing under your own arrangement, for their availability in order to arrange this during your free time.

1. if I choose camping, do I need to bring any camping facility by myself (oops, I am a camping rookie)?
2. is there any option/ upgrade/ extend to this trip to include Antelope and Horseshoe bend??

We would also like to inform you that the Antelope and Horseshoe Bend visit is only available during the winter season for this tour.

Will the tour (code: 6-4344) visit Bright Angel Point? What are the sightseeing points? What is the likelihood that this tour being cancelled? If so, how long will it be before I am notified if the tour is cancelled? Last but not least, what is the difference between tour code 2-2919 vs. this particular tour?

Please be advised that the Bright Angel Point is located in the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and this tour will be visiting only the South Rim portion of the Grand Canyon.
Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate, in the case that not enough customers join a tour and it is cancelled, the affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances.
We like to give our customers around 2 weeks of notice if a situation like this arises because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

This tour offers Monday, Wednesday and Thursday departures out of the Excalibur while the 2-2919 tour offers daily departures out of the Circus Circus.

The tour 2-232 departs on a daily basis. Currently its 05/19 - 05/25 departures are still open for booking.
For a group of 2 sharing a double room (with 2 full size beds), the total cost will be $218.00 (=$109.00*2).
Due to a high travel season, we suggest you to make the reservation as soon as you decide on your travel plan. Normally it takes us 1-2 days to complete the confirmation process. The earlier we receive your reservation along with the full payment, the earlier we can secure your seats.
